Trifolium parryi (Parry Clover)

Trifolium parryi is a common plant in subalpine and alpine environments. Flowering stems are leafless and 1 to 4 inches tall. The banner (large upper petal) is lavendar to rose colored.

Compare to Trifolium dasyphyllum, which has a very pale or white banner.
